As we all know the perfect weather for morning jogs, walks, exercises, and basically everything is on it's way to us. We are entering the season of fall (yayy!), which means that we have to get up and keep our body moving. Being healthy and fit does not always mean being skinny and slim. Being healthy and fit is doing good things for your body and taking care of it. You have to provide your body all the things it needs such as nutritions. A great way to provide your body what it needs is by:
1) Getting regular checkups to make sure everything is as it should be
2) Getting enough sleep, about 8-9 hours daily
3) Exercise daily for at lease 45 minutes
4) Do not skip breakfast !
5) Eat healthy food such as fruits, no junk food
6) Drink plenty of water and stay hydrated
7) Do not take stress
These are the 7 basic steps to keep your body healthy and fit !

Welcome to Medically Healthy and Fit! This blog with be showing you and telling you how to be fit and healthy just by doing little things once at a time. I will be showing you hacks that make it easier for you to enjoy your daily life and not worry about being healthy. I will give you recipes of foods that contain all of your favorite ingredients that are still healthy. I can provide you with a schedule for your fitness health that tells you when to work out and how much. I will inform you about the types of exercises that are necessary for your health and your body. You will learn about the body muscles and other things about your body that will help you stay healthy and fit. You will learn about the functions and limits of your body so you know not to push you're body too far.
