Champions!

Hi everyone, okay so today was my championship game and let me tell you, I wanted to kill someone. First of all I jammed BOTH of my thumbs the day before the game and I basically was crying the whole day friday. Than today I arrive at the game late, while were warming up, oh and my thumbs are still jammed. We warm up and were getting ready for our first game. The first game was the most nerve-wrecking game that I've ever played, the score was so close it was insane. Every game in two sets to 21 and the first set we lost the first one but won the second one to 19-21. We had to play an extra set to 17 because it had to be best out of three, and we won the second one 16-17! It was the scariest game I've ever played and the last point was honestly the worst because my heart legit stopped. I was so nervous I missed two tips and a serve, I was shaking the whole game. The second game we played was easy and we won without a problem, mostly because we played better and we worked as a team. At the end when we got our trophy and metals, we took pictures and it was then we really felt like a family. I can't wait until our district game, I am so proud of my team mates and so proud of how far we have come. We're gonna work hard and when we get to district we are gonna leave with the W.
