Just a Little Change

Hi everyone, its been a long time since I've blogged and let me tell you, I've missed it. As you can see I have changed theme to volleyball! If you guys did not know I am a volleyball player and I play on my schools team, or I am going to. I've played volleyball for a while now and all my family members are familiar with this sport and have played before, so you can say that it basically runs in my blood. Volleyball season usually starts around spring but in my school we start the first day of second semester. I played last year as well and from that year I learned a lot, basically most of my techniques and all of my improvements I achieved last year. My goal for this year is to get even better and to become stronger, and thanks to my coaches, I am confident that I will. Now that my theme has been changed, every week I will tell you guys all about the things I know about volleyball such as the techniques, positions, workouts, and skills. Feel free to drop down any questions in the comments and I will answer them in the next blog. Till next week loves. Xoxo

Help In Need!

Hi guys Im back this week again but this week I need your help. Im starting to have cold feet about my blog and Im not sure that Im doing a good job of if I should change my theme. For the people that know me they know that Im a volleyball player and that I play in the schools team, I might change my theme to a volleyball theme that still talks about fitness. Can you guys please let me know and help me out in the comments below? Thank you. Now going back, this week was a really long week even though we had Wednesday off. So much stress and work to do made me really tiered. Stress is not good for our body's health and it is better to avoid because it causes headaches and other things that put our body's at risk for sicknesses. Try to keep calm and to relax, stress is like invisible poison to the body. Till next week loves. xoxo

Keeping Warm!

Finally the weather is getting cooler or as we all like to say, its sweater weather. Its also the time where we all get sick so we need to be careful and we need to take care of our body. For example right now I am sick, sadly because I like to look better than to be warm and comfy. Our body needs the most care at this time and we need to provide it as many guarantees as possible that we will care for it. The best thing we can do at the moment is get weekly check ups at the doctors and get the flu shot. The flu shot is an important shot that decreases the chances of getting the flu. Me myself am not a big fan of needles but I still get the flu shot. Another thing you can do is make sure you dress properly for this weather (unlike me) and keep your body warm because the warmer your body is, the more your body can fight the bacteria that enters your body. Make sure you take care of your body. Till next week loves. xoxo

November 1 !!!!!!!!

So today is November first and last night was probably a lot of fun for everyone. Now that Halloween is gone i think the most of us are thinking about Thanksgiving and Christmas, my favorite holidays. This time of the year is the time where we hang out with our family and get reunited with the ones we haven't seen in a long time, it is also the time of the year were we all gain a few pounds. That is okay, as long as we work it off, haha. Here are some light workouts that help:

20 min jogg
20 jumping jacks
20 sit ups
20 crutches
20 push ups
20 sec planks

This is a good workout whenever you have a good meal or it can be a daily workout. It is also very close to January, usually when everything goes on sale because of new years. Talking about new years, I believe that it is a good thing to have a list of new year resolutions. Ill tell you all about the resolutions in a while. Till next week loves. xo

Daily Exercise Routine

Hey guys, I'm back again this week with some good ideas of morning, noon, and night workouts. We all want a perfect body without having to exercise or having to go on a diet. Well as I know or heard, if we eat the right amount of everything we want and exercising as much as possible with out hurting our body, we can all be healthy. The key to anything in life is self-control. If we can control our decisions and our reactions we can achieve amazing things in life.

*Morning routine:
healthy breakfast
15 jumping jacks
15 sit ups
15 cruches
15 reachys
1 min planks

*Noon routine:
healthy lunch
10 minute jogg
15 jumping jacks
15 push ups
2 min plank

*Night routine:
healthy dinner
20 min light jogg

This routine can keep your body healthy at the minimum point. It is good to follow these steps.
Until next week loves. xo

Something Random

Okay so we all have to set goals for ourselves and try our best to reach that goal. As we all know we are about two months away from 2016 and wow time flies. The more we grow, the more we develop as humans and everything is developing with us such as technology and science. In our life time so many things have happened and changed, so many bullets that have been dodged, and so many goals we haven't accomplished. I believe its time for us to step up higher this year and try to accomplish as many helpful things we can for ourselves and the people around us. I believe that is it time for us to look around, just take a second and appreciate what you have and thank god for it. Look at your loved ones, your healthy body, and all the other things you have, just take it all in and realize how blessed you are to have such things because a lot of people don't. At this time of the year where we are around family we should also think about others that don't have a family or a place to go to, if you can help someone you should because even the tiniest things can make up a persons world. We all have had losses in our life, may they rest in peace, and we all had gains in out life, may the good ones stay in out life. We are all blessed and we are given a chance to life, a chance to be something to the world and something to someone special. Let us all remember this through out our life and be reminded that no matter what, we mean something in this world and that is why we are here. Thank you loves. xoxo

More About Things To Avoid 1/3

In the last post i informed you guys about 9 things you should avoid in your food. I will tell you more about 3 of those things in this post, I'll tell you what, where they could be found, and what damage they can do.
* Partially Hydrogenated Oil; the enemy of heart health and the primary source of trans fat. Trans fats are twice as difficult for the body to dissolve as saturated fats and because they boost bad cholesterol (LDL) they also decrease good cholesterol (HDL). They are active agents of heart disease, diabetes, nutritional deficiencies and cellular deterioration. This is found mostly in margarine, vegetable shortening, crackers, cookies, baked goods, salad dressings, bread and chips.

* High Fructose Syrup; a chemical similar to table sugar, a cheaper alternative that is a highly processed form of glucose converted into fructose. This inhibits the hormone responsible for telling your brain that your full, damage tissues and contain toxic levels of mercury. This also includes increasing risk for diabetes, obesity and other metabolic disorders.

* MSG; goes by monosodium glutamate, maltodextrin, sodium caseinate, autolyzed yeast, autolyzed vegetable protein, hydrolyzed vegetable oil, yeast extract and even citric acid. In all of these forms it is considered a neurotoxin because it has been shown to damage nerve cells by overexciting them to the point of cell death. MSG is also a chemo inducer of obesity, type II diabetes and metabolic syndrome. Often found in canned soup, diet beverages, and fast food.

I will inform you about the next 3 things in the next post.
till next week. xo
